Terms and conditions for ordering website, app and software services from Technoplayers.

By using this website or ordering our services you agree to these terms.

Scope of work. The scope, timeline and price of each project are confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp or quotation) before work starts.

Client responsibilities. Clients provide content, images and approvals on time. Delays in feedback can move the delivery date.

Payments. Work begins after the agreed advance payment. The balance is due as per the quotation or before final handover.

Ownership. After full payment, the client owns the final design and source code made for the project, except third-party libraries and licensed items.

Third-party services. Domains, hosting, SMS and payment gateway charges are paid to the respective providers and may renew yearly.

Support. Free support covers bugs in the delivered work for the period mentioned in the quotation. New features are charged separately.

Liability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of a website or software, or from downtime of third-party services.
